About The Job
- Greet all customers, and provide courteous, helpful customer service throughout the space at all times.
- Must be able to maintain high energy, throughout the duration of the entire shift.
- Complete an end of day sales report, accurately and efficiently.
- May be assigned light cleaning duties.
- Determine customer needs by interacting with them, asking questions and providing suggestions and alternatives and/or
- Styling Advice.
- Meet daily sales goals.
- Maintain a professional demeanor.
- Maintain a streamlined and organized store appearance at all times.
- Base Pay starts at $9.00 Per Hour+ Commission and Merchandise Bonuses.
( With pay reaches 10.00,11.00+ an hour) - Pay increases based on performance, and execution of duties.
