Georgia is known for its southern hospitality, but it is not really known for its thriving modeling industry. That is soon to change. 2018 is going to bring many opportunities for aspiring models that are residents of this great state. Not only are we going to see many modeling opportunities for models, but it seems as if there will be just as many chances for actors as well. If you think that a career in modeling, acting, or both is for you, then you are in luck, because the gigs are here. Before you go out looking for an agent, you might want to do a little research before you really get going. First of all you need to know you should never have to pay ahead of time for a reputable agent. You may have to pay for things like head shots and online postings, but that should be it. A reputable agent will normally work on a commission basis but will only collect after the modeling job is complete. You will also need to know that at least at first you will probably not make a great deal of money until you establish a clientele .On the positive note you will many new people of all kinds who you can later use to make contacts in virtually any aspect of the entertainment industry.
