Are you a foodie? Do you want to apply to be in a commercial? A new Zantac commercial casting call is searching for food lovers who sometimes get heartburn. Casting directors are looking for men and women who are between the ages of 35 and 50 years old in Canada. The team asks you tell them your food love story for your chance to be featured in the new Zantac commercial.
All you have to do to be considered is submit a short write up telling a little about yourself, your experience with heartburn and what it is you love so much about your favorite local food place. The funnier the better! Also include the name of 3 places you love to eat in your community!
Some thought starters are:
-Has the food at your favourite restaurant ever actually made you weep tears of joy?
-Are you on a first name basis with the entire kitchen/waiting staff at your favourite lunch spot?
-Did you name your first born after a daily special?
-Did you invite the chef to be on your bowling team?
-Do you dream about your favourite dish?
-Did you plan your wedding ceremony at a local diner?
-Do you celebrate the anniversary of discovering your favourite local restaurant?
-Does the taste of your favourite dish put you in a food trance?
Selected models and actors will be compensated approximately $1,500.00 for usage (TV &/or Internet). If you fit the above and would like to be considered email info@jigsawcasting.com with Zantac in the subject line of the email along with your name (E.G. Zantac – Jeffrey Sanderson). Include your name, age, what city you reside in, your primary contact information including your phone number and email address. If you are represented include your union status, resume and your agent’s contact information. Also in the email should be your write up, photos of yourself where your face can clearly be seen, any dates you are not available in early January. All submissions must be in by Wednesday, December 7th by 5pm EST. Skype interviews will be held on December 12th and filming will be for one day in your town between January 11th and 18th. This is a Canada wide search. All models and actors who apply must be a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident to participate. This is a union project, however, non union actors are permitted.
