Dick’s Sporting Goods Print Ad

The ever popular sporting goods store Dick’s Sporting Goods is now casting men and women for their next print ad! The company is described by their website as, “Dick’s Sporting Goods, Inc. is an authentic full-line sporting goods retailer offering a broad assortment of brand name sporting goods equipment, apparel and footwear in a specialty store environment. The Company owns and operates Golf Galaxy, LLC, a golf specialty retailer and eCommerce websites and catalog operations for both Dick’s Sporting Goods and Golf Galaxy.

The company is looking for men who are baseball players and men and women who are lacrosse players for the shoot. The print ad is for their lacrosse and baseball equipment and apparel that is sold in their store. The shoot will be held around the Philadelphia area in August while auditions will be held in July.

The casting team is looking to fill the roles of 8 baseball players and 20 lacrosse players. Everyone must have knowledge and skills of playing lacrosse or baseball. Athletes cannot be planning to play for any collegiate NCAA team in any sport. Athletes cannot be signed on any athletic scholarships. Anyone who applies be willing to audition in Philadelphia and must be available August 9th through the 11th for the one day shoot. It will be shooting in Philadelphia but the exact location is to be determined.

The Baseball Players role calls for males of all ethnicities who look between the ages of 16 and 22 years old. Men must have knowledge and skills in playing baseball either by currently or formerly playing. Players must be able to provide a baseball bat for the audition and players cannot be signed to play for any NCAA team in any sport and cannot be signed on any athletic scholarships. The Lacrosse Players role calls for males and females of all ethnicities who look between the ages of 16 and 22 years old. They must also have knowledge and skills in playing lacrosse either by playing currently or in the past. Players must be able to provide a lacrosse stick and ball for the audition. Anyone who applies cannot be signed to play for any NCAA team in any sport and cannot be signed on any athletic scholarships. Both roles will pay $500.00 for featured spots and minor roles will pay $200.00 for a full day shoot of up to ten hours.
