There is a new specialty type of real estate property video shooting called a lifestyle video. It’s a cool marketing strategy for luxury homes advertising the lifestyle that the consumer is buying over the home itself. Once you get to X amount of square footage, X number of features, it becomes a bit irrelevant and no-one really needs a million dollar home. They do want the lifestyle that comes with living in that type of home and that’s why these videos are so powerful for luxury home marketing.
The real estate property is located in Mocksville, NC and that is where the video will be shooting. The client is looking for four models. The pay will be $100.00 for each model. As more sellers and real estate agents see the value in these videos they will be able to pay more for models. The shoot will likely take between 4-6 hours and the date is not set currently but they are looking to shoot as soon as possible.
They need a husband and a wife and are looking to book models between the ages of 35 and 45 years old to fit the demographic we are marketing to. They are also looking for a boy and a girl to be the kids in this family. The child models should between the ages of 5 and 12.
