A plus size fashion brand is searching for models to be in a new campaign! The plus size model casting call is looking for women sizes 10 through 28. According to their website, “In September 2015, Polina Veksler and Alexandra Waldman set out to solve a problem. It’s one that figured prominently in the lives of 67% of American women. After leaving their jobs, the two began working out of a small New York City apartment.
Determined to set a new standard in style and experience for women size 10-28. Armed with purpose and keen insights into the fashion needs of the 100 million woman, the two created a line. It includes modern essentials, with a chic, downtown but classic aesthetic. The first eight-piece collection sold out in six days. The rest is history”.
Plus Size Model Fashion Casting Call
Universal Standard, a size-inclusive brand of fashion-forward, high-quality clothing for women sizes 10-28, is on a nationwide search for models for their upcoming campaign. They are hosting a casting call on Wed., Oct. 18, from 12PM – 3PM, in Dallas. Conducted in partnership with The Lions Model Management, finalists from across the country will be flown to NY to meet with executives and have the opportunity to be featured in Universal Standard’s next major campaign.
